i think we as a society went through a period where people watched every marvel movie because they’re marvel movies. So, which of these movies was the last one you watched before only watching Marvel movies you’re genuinely interested in seeing?
(some titles are shortened/condensed to fit into the character limit)
Once Endgame came out that was it for me. As of then, the MCU was officially over. I’ve watched a few of the movies since then in theaters cause I was very excited for them, but for the majority I’ve just watched them once they’re on Disney+ if I even care that much. I saw No Way Home and Wakanda Forever in theaters because they looked good and I was invested in them.
I loved Eternals. I absolutely adored it, it was the last time the MCU felt fresh to me.
No Way Home was the last one I watched, and I tolerated it because it was like cheap knock-off Spider-Verse, and even a cheap knock-off of the greatest movie ever is fun. After that NOTHING interested me.
shinzo abe day was incredible. still not over seeing all the rumours about what happened, joining everyone in wondering how the fuck a shotgun assassination could have happened in japan, and then seeing the first photo of the doohickey
Lemme look something up…
This is literally some Looney Toons level bullshit
the good?: I can very nearly fall asleep in an MRI machine. Mm white noise. got big ol bottle of drugs for post-viral syndrome.
the …… weird??? intracranial hypertension for no specific reason. also, I have a slightly flat pituitary gland apparently! (“empty sella turcica”. I like to imagine it’s squished down and sloshing around in there like a nervous Ghibli fluid.)
the ugly: sleepy drugs aren’t working right. medicaid is CONVINCED I still have Lowes insurance.
